LABORER - Fremont, NE
This is a full-time, hourly position.
We are looking for high potential individuals ready to take on challenges and responsibilities within our Fremont, NE Soybean Processing Plant.
Assignments
Potential assignments may include, but are not limited to:
oLoad/unload grain cars
oOperate wheel loaders
oUtilize computerized system to process data
oGeneral housekeeping duties (i.e. - clean equipment and/or buildings)
oAssist operations personnel, maintenance personnel and supervisors as needed
Qualifications
To be considered for an opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:
oCommitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury culture; understand and follow company safety procedures
oHigh school education or equivalent is preferred
oExhibit regular and prompt attendance
oAble to meet physical requirements of the position including, but not limited to: prolonged periods of standing and sitting, working in confined spaces and from heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, working in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc), lift up to 70 lbs unassisted
oWilling to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays and overtime if needed
oDemonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in team setting when needed
oExhibit a professional image at all times; maintain a positive and respectful attitude
oPrevious experience operating a computer is preferred
oPrevious experience in maintenance related disciplines is preferred
