Responsibilities:
The position will involve but not be limited to the following duties
Delivery and receiving of machines, attachment and other miscellaneous equipment.
Computer knowledge of DBS, AX, Excel and Outlook.
Complete forms for machines, attachments, or misc. equipment leaving, returning, or coming to the store.
Contact the service department when machines are returned.
Communicate with sales personnel when machines, attachments, or misc. equipment are leaving or coming into the yard.
Knowledge of machine operations.
Maintain the yard's appearance by keeping machine and attachments in their proper lines.
Grounds keeping including lawn mowing and snow removal in the Fremont yard as needed.
General building maintenance to include but not limited to boiler operation, air handling maintenance, overhead door maintenance, light electrical and light plumbing repairs.
Other duties may be assigned.
The physical requirements of this position include:
Walking approximately 5 - 6 hours in an eight hour day
Climbing in and out of machines continually throughout the day
Working in the outdoor elements year around
Lifting up to 50 pounds
Qualifications:
Knowledge of machine operations.
Computer knowledge preferred
Ability to climb in and out of machines.
Ability to be on feet most of the day.
Candidate should be a self starter.
Individual must be a detail oriented individual who is self driven and has good customer service skills.
Individual must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Must have and maintain a clean driving record
