Vehicle Description This 46K mile car, with numbers matching drive train, just had a highly detailed frame-off restoration.
This is my personal car that I built for my collection.
I started with acid-dipping the frame to have it 100% clean, inside and out; then etch primed and painted with GM chassis black, including the inside.
Factory correct 1965 (first year) brake calipers are rebuilt, and original rotors are still factory riveted to hubs.
This car also has factory F-40 (1965) suspension.
The numbers matching 396 engine was professionally rebuilt to factory specifications.
The block casting date is April 11th, 1965.
The head casting dates are April 14th and 15th, 1965.
The car assembly date is May 24th, 1965.
The 4 speed Muncie transmission is rebuilt, as well as the posi rear-end, with factory 3:
55 gears.
The new top, seat covers, door panels, and press-molded carpet are high quality Al Knoch custom products.
This perfect body has no broken repairs and has only correct material for fiberglass; starting with epoxy primer.
It is painted correct factory Rally Red.
All emblems are GM N.
